↳ The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
scenery [48/]

One of the things I keep doing in Skyrim is stopping and just looking around, because it’s so beautiful.

It is something Bethesda do very well I think.

I recently decided to replay the Batman: Arkham games. I think I was playing them too much though as the other day I was walking home and there was a cyclist in the distance, but my body tensed for a moment as he was dressed in red and black and I thought he was Arkham Knight Militia.

Rare promotional artwork for the original Phantasy Star on the SEGA Master System.

This really makes me wish there was an animated Phantasy Star series in the 1980s.

I remember this game – one of my very first JRPGs. At the time I thought it was interesting because it wasn’t just the typical Tolkienesque fantasy I was already used to.

I am excited though.  I’ve not played many JRPG’s where you actually control a female protagonist through most of it.  I know there are quite a few out there, and Tales of Xillia gave you a choice between playing as Jude or Milla and a few sections of the game would be different depending on who you were.

Well, Steam just finished downloading Tales of Berseria, so I’m likely to fall silent again for a few weeks then maybe I’ll tell you whether I liked it or not.

I’ve been replaying Fallout 4 recently, this time with a number of mods installed.  Mr character has been romancing both Paladin Danse and Curie, now inhabiting a synth body.  But then I realised – if the Synths are made from Shaun’s DNA (who they call Father) then aren’t they all technically my grandchildren?
