A pub is only ever that quiet when someone who isn’t local walks into them.  Observe carefully – if they tell you about the local werewolf legend, stay indoors.  If they start being really polite, they may be planning to sacrifice you to their gods, so run.

Do not hand out candy to children.  Especially don’t go into a school and seat a child on your lap.  That kind of behaviour is frowned upon today.

Money at least is a lot easier to understand now, but you’ll still be getting ripped off half the time anyway.
