Ready Player One

I read the book (not seen the movie). I was expecting the twist would be that the real world is actually a utopian paradise where people are all happy, Wade just doesn’t know because he’s spent all his life inside playing text adventures and watching Family Ties.

It’s not a good book. Maybe the film will be better, but having read the book I don’t have much interest in seeing it.
