I AM VERY CALM!!!
I was doing some renders on my PC.
It had taken four hours, but was nearly done.
Went to get some coffee.
Came back
Windows had restarted to install updates.
It never said anything about updates or asked if I was ready to restart yet, but it decided that when I was away getting coffee, for five minutes, that was the time to do it. When it’s finished, I’m likely going to have to start it all over again.
But no. I am calm. I am very calm. I am not going to murder anyone. I am in my happy place.
‘We have new features for you to get excited about’
I’m not and I won’t. I just want the last four or five hours of my life back. Is that a new feature? Can you undo time, you piece… no, no. Calm… imagining gentle ocean waves… and then a huge whirlpool because some giant a-hole decided to pull the plug on the ocean with no warning…
