Catching up with The Flash, but there’s one question I have:

Why do Caitlin’s/Killer Frost’s powers make her go all puppy hating psycho?  I mean Barry wasn’t turned evil by being hit in the face by a hadron collider, and most the other villains we see were not exactly model citizens before they got powers.  It’s only Caitlin whose mind is seriously altered, indeed entire personality changed, because of her powers.

I don’t know.  Maybe it was explained somewhere but I missed it.
