Anyway, I had my nephews around this weekend and had to deliver to them the bad news:

Rick & Morty has become popular, so we’re not allowed to like it anymore. They were aware that some of the fanbase had become obnoxious and annoying but didn’t understand why that should affect our enjoyment. Poor innocent fools. In the end I had to put my foot down and tell them no – it’s like when One Direction sold out and went all commercial. We’re just not into that anymore.
