I just started listening to
Peter Serafinowicz’s Sassy Trump videos on youtube.  He doesn’t change any of Trump’s words – he just dubs over them with a silly voice to highlight how ridiculous his words are.  He has given Trump a few other voices as well, such as Cockney and Sophisticated.

If you don’t know who Peter Serafinowicz is, he is a impressionist who has appeared in a few sitcoms and done a lot of voice acting work.  He was the voice of Darth Maul (although IIIRC, didn’t Darth Maul only have one lone in the whole film?).
