Do you have a lot of Lego?

No.  I have one pirate jail set and some fake Lego from Poundland, but I’ve started getting into it and likely will get a lot more.  I find it very relaxing, and in fact it’s helping me with my writing.

I know some authors when they get stuck like to go and do something to help them focus, like a jigsaw.  For me, I’m finding Lego is doing the job.  I love building worlds and being creative, and Lego lets me do that.  Obviously not as seriously as when I’m writing a story, but putting the bricks together and then messing around helps me concentrate as well as get the creative juices flowing again.
