Bigfeet

I was fascinated by Bigfoot when I was a little lad.  I convinced myself that there was a tribe of Bigfeet living in the woods near me.

Once, I made my cousin cry because I was talking about all this and because his mom, my aunt, was late coming home he became afraid that she’d been kidnapped by them.

When she did return, he was still crying and the adults told me to just tell him that Bigfoot wasn’t real.  Which I… I didn’t do that.  I showed them all the books I had and kepy insisting ‘no, it is real!  Look at the pictures!’
