Kaya Cade. Fighting, petty theft, drunken disorderly… not exactly a criminal mastermind, but in The Little Queen and Frontier of Forever we see her pick locks, and in Out There she beats up a mercenary. Not to mention that she’s familiar with most of the town’s police (Chance and Daramy even exhibit a kind of paternalistic attitude toward her).
