Return To The Batcave

Another thing I found while browing through my local charity shop.  I’ll be honest, I had no idea this existed so naturally I snapped it up.

Apparently, this special was made for CBS in 2003.  Adam West and Burt Ward go in search of the Batmobile after it’s stolen, having to solve a series of riddles all related to the sixties TV show.  So really, it’s just them reminiscing about the making of and behind the scenes of the old show, with flashbacks to themselves played by younger actors.  Adam and Burt’s adventure tries to recapture some of the campiness and humour of the show.

I haven’t watched the whole thing yet, but I was very excited when I saw the DVD.  Turns out you can find the whole thing on youtube as well, which I wouldn’t normally but the DVD is out of print so I guess it’s okay.
